Electrical Supervisor

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Shift Pattern: 3/1week Rotation

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work in a permanent position, this opportunity will be on a Data Centre project. This supervisor position is based in Stockholm, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with excellent benefits. This job will be on a working rotation of 3weeks on, 1week off.

Electrical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

Through technical experience and training, you will supervise and work as part of a strong team to achieve the following roles and responsibilities which include but are not limited at;

• Troubleshoot any system failures and equipment malfunctions.

• Mentor and develop juniors in the group.

• Ensure team members are focused on and comply with site safety rules and regulations.

• Monitor and drive engineering standards and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.

• Lead initiatives for environmental compliance and maintenance safety.

• Be the authority for electrical components and support electrical infrastructure.

• Follow all requests made by line managers and duties relevant to the position and smooth operation of the facility.

• Ensure work is completed to schedule and to regulation standards.

A Successful Electrical Supervisor:

• Previous electrical supervision and site management.

• A strong communicator, both verbally and with writing proficiency.

• Flexibility and willingness to deal with unexpected problems and situations.

• Experience and ability to provide written reports regarding work jobs and tasks.

• Capability to work in a large organisation.

• Experience working within data centres.

• Minimum requirement of 3years as an electrical supervisor.
