Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Pharmaceutical project. This supervisor position is based in Leiden, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with excellent benefits.
Electrical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:
The role of this position include but are not limited to;
Monitor and drive engineering standards and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.
Follow all requests made by line managers and duties relevant to the position and smooth operation of the facility.
Be the authority for electrical components and support electrical infrastructure.
Lead initiatives for environmental compliance and maintenance safety.
Complete electrical site safety equipment reports.
Maintain detailed records of all activities.
Ensure electrical safety rules and regulations are followed.
A Successful Electrical Supervisor will have the following:
Previous electrical supervision and site management.
Capable of leading and running a team.
Ability to work to targeted dates.
Experience and ability to provide written reports regarding work jobs and tasks.
Ability to within and lead a team is essential.
Relevant certifications required.
