Green Hydrogen Production Infrastructure

Salary of €90,000 - €120,000 depending on experience (paid in NOK)

We are partnered with an rapidly growing business who are an exciting part of the green hydrogen production infrastructure sector in the Nordic region. We are partnered with this business to support them in the appointment of an Engineerning Manager to take ownership of the engineering element of their green hydrogen production and distribution projects across the Nordic region.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the execution of engineering works across their projects, ensuring it is delivered on time, in budget and to the right quality

• Take ownership of engineering planning and strategy

• Build relationships with appointed EPC engineering function, as well as other contractors, engineering partners, internal stakeholders and project teams

• Review and manage work carried out by assigned EPC and engineering partners

• Responsibility of engineering compliance

About you:

• Higher education/degree within the following disciplines is preferred: process engineering, chemical engineering or civil engineering

• Minimum 5 years of managing complex project execution within a relevant field (oil & gas, renewables, industrial gas, other heavy engineering projects)

• Multi-disciplinery engineering understanding - comfortable across multiple engineering fields

• Entrepreneurial mindset - desire to work for a small, but rapidly growing business

• Strong managing internal and external stakeholders
