A major Automotive client is looking for an Ergonomist/ Human Factors Engineer to join their team of innovative, driven experts. The Human Factors team within this rapidly growing business, is a department built on passion, with customer experience always at the forefront of their thinking. You will be guiding the Usability of features within the vehicle, contributing to final stakeholder experience.

The Ideal Candidate has:

- Experience in the Automotive sector

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Minimum of 2 years experience in HF, Ergonomics or User Research
