Are you looking for the next step in your career as an Intermediate Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor?

I am currently looking to speak to assistant mechanical and electrical quantity surveyors who are looking to take the next step to intermediate or intermediate mechanical & electrical quantity surveyors who are looking for a new challenge.

The client:

The client which I am currently representing are a SME who specialise within the commercial and health care sector. They are currently working on multiple hospital projects as well as specialising in shell & core and fit-out.

Due to their success, this client has secured further work and is looking to add to their commercial team by bringing in an Intermediate M&E QS as they have a full order book to 2022.

Personal Specification:

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of working within M&E

• Strong communication skills

• Commercial fit-out experience

Job Role:

• Submission of estimate/ tendering information to the client.

• Preparation of appropriate documentation

• Assisting on VO's

• Attending meetings

• Presentation of final accounts, including negotiation of all contractual agreements.

• Close liaison to the client on all commercial matters, including preparation and submission of supporting information.
