I am currently looking to speak with Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyors who are looking to excel their careers working for a fast growing family owned business in the heart of London who specialise within the commercial mechanical and electrical sector.

Job Role:

• Liaising with the client and different departments.

• Assisting on VO's

• Communicating clearly and confidently to a professional standard

• Assisting the Commercial manager or lead on the project.

• Advise project management on some contractual implications of intended course of actions.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in quantity surveying.

• 3-5 year's experience from a mechanical and/or electrical background.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Confidence to communicate in a professional manor with clients and other departments.
