Junior / Intermediate Planner

Building Services / M&E

The City of London

Permanent Opportunity

£30,000-£50,000 DOE

Currently recruiting for a Junior / Intermediate Planner. Myare quite open in terms of experience but ideally looking for someone with between 2 - 5 years' experience.

Ideally you will have worked in a Construction environment, predominantly with a focus on M&E. They use Asta as a Planning tool but will consider applicants who have used P6.

My client is a M&E Contractor based in the heart of the City of London and count the likes of Mace, ISG, Sir Robert McAlpine and Amazon as Clients. They specialise in the full installation of M&E Services in to most types of Projects with a heavy focus on Commercial, Data Centres and Pharmaceutical and currently turnover £150M+.

In your role you will be reporting directly in to the Planning Manager who has been in the industry for over 30 years. You will be shadowing them on Projects with a value of up to £60M+ and be involved in creating tender programmes, updating live schedules and creating master schedules from scratch. This is an exciting position where you will be able to see Projects from cradle to grave and get involved at every aspect.

If you are serious about M&E Planning then this is an unrivalled opportunity at one of the most prestigious M&E Contractors in the Country. On offer is a permanent position and they are flexible on salary. For my Client the most important thing is getting the right person for the job. As well as a competitive salary they have other excellent benefits including a travel allowance, access to the company perks programme, and private healthcare.
