BIM/CAD Coordinator

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

WFH: 3 days a week

Core Talent are currently looking for a BIM/CAD Coordinator on a permanent basis, on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor established over 60 years ago. With offices across the UK, they deliver the full spectrum of mechanical and electrical services from conception to completion, with a focus on Commercial projects, especially within the Stadia and Health care spaces. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects for 2022, they are looking to add a BIM/CAD Coordinator to their design team in Belfast, to assist in the design of M&E projects. This role offers 3 days remote working but will require you to be in the office 2 days a week so being based in Northern Ireland is essential.

Main tasks of job:

• Converting 2D design drawings into a fully co-ordinated 3D Models using Autocad Fabrication/Revit

• Ability to spot errors and raise Technical Queries

• Ability to navigate around Navisworks and take the lead at site meetings

• Production of installation & Fabrication drawings from the 3D Model

• Liaising with the Design Team & other sub-contractors

• Production of As - Installed Drawings

Experience/skills

• Experience in M&E engineering is preferable but not essential.

• 4+ year's experience with Auto CAD / Revit is essential but qualification is not required.

• Being able to work under pressure

• Having problem solving abilities

• Being able to meet deadlines

• Having good communication abilities

• Being able to work alone or within a team
