M&E Planner

£400 - £450 a day

I am looking for an M&E Planner for a client on a full design and build MEP package. The planner will build, maintain and ensure the project is completed within a timely manner and within budget.

The client has been appointed to deliver the MEP Services Installations on a new 400 bed hotel. The £9m M&E contract is for a project due to last around 14 months.

Key skills & requirements:

• 3+ years experience on similar projects

• Ideally have an M&E/Construction qualification

• Competent user of software programmes such as ASTA Powerproject and (Primavera) P6

• Flexibility, excellent communication skills and presentation skills
