£400 - £450 per day

Recruiting for a planner to build, maintain and update the programme to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of the construction industry and use this to provide an effective proposal and oversee all internal programming.

My client is a leading MEP building services contractor working with one of the UK's leading housing developers to update the area by placing tower blocks with mid-rise, high density buildings.

Skills/requirements:

• 3-5 years planning experience

• Worked on similar residential projects with a MEP value of £20m+

• M&E/ Construction qualification

• Competent user of Asta Powerproject

• Flexibility and great communication skills
