Currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist M&E Contractor for a M&E planner for a new, state of the art Pharmaceutical / Laboratory facility in Didcot, Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for looking after the M&E installation package worth around £30M.

This Project is expected to last for 2 years and after this you will be involved in other live Projects of similar value and working with the tendering team to put bids together to win new work for the business.

THE ROLE

  • Project Planning using ASTA Powerproject

  • Develop Pre-Construction, Construction and Commissioning Programmes

  • Partake in Progress / Planning meetings

  • Development of the Project Controls Systems specific to the Project

  • Setup WBS & Progress Measurement System

  • Develop the Schedule and S-Curves

  • Cost Loading of Programs

  • Baseline the Schedule

  • Update the Schedule

  • Coordinate subcontractors Programmes

  • Work closely with the Client and Sub-Contractors

THE PERSON

  • Over 5 years planning experience

  • Must have worked in a Pharma / Lab

  • Must come from an M&E Background

  • Knowledge of NEC3 Suite of Contract

  • Experience in the field of construction planning

  • Construction / Building Services Background

  • Engineering background would be advantageous

  • Advanced user of ASTA Powerproject

  • Excellent communication skills
