M&E Planning Coordinator

Location: Notting Hill, West London

Project: Commercial Fit-out

Salary: £350 per day

Contract length: 12 months

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Services Tier 1 Contractor for an Intermediate M&E Planner to work on an M&E Shell + Core and fit-out Project for a Commercial new build.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NEC3 suite of Contract and will have a firm knowledge of ASTA Powerprojects.

What we're looking for

• An experienced M&E Planner

• Must come from a building services background

• Must have considerable experience of using Asta Powerproject

• Be able to commute to Notting Hill

• Strong understanding of the NEC3 suite of Contract

• Excellent communication skills

• Ideally have a M&E / Construction related qualification
