I am currently looking to speak with M&E Quantity Surveyors who are open to new opportunities working for a family run Mechanical & Electrical contracting business in east London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to progress through a business as it grows. This particular client is looking currently turning over around £30M. They're well known for their successful delivery of Commercial & Residential projects in London.

Services:

• Mechanical & Electrical Fit-out.

• Design & Build

• BMS

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three year's experience working as a M&E QS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Proactive.
