Are you looking for a new M&E Quantity Surveyor position working on exciting pharmaceutical projects?

I am currently working with a client who have just won a number of exciting new project based in North London within the Pharmaceutical industry. This specific project is due to last over the next 4 years and as a result they are looking to bolster their team by adding multiple M&E QS, and their current turnover is around the £150M per year.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• 3 year's experience working as an M&E QS.

• Pharmaceutical experience is not essential but will be beneficial.
