I'm seeking a Junior - Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor based in Dublin. My client is a Tier 1 Construction Contractor operating internationally in mission critical construction. This is an opportunity to step into a reputable business in a sector that's expecting exponential growth over the next decade.

You'll be working under the lead(s) and assisting in change control.

• General responsibilities

• Variation reviews.

• Raising work orders and commercial process paperwork.

• Liaising with other departments for internal funding (and all work associated with that process).

As part of the role you will naturally develop and gain more responsibility in th change control process and Subcontract/Client interaction as required.
