We are currently looking for a driven Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious business based in the Liverpool area.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, as a Maintenance Engineer you will-
Repair of all machine faults (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic).
Modifications to machine controls, document and update drawings as required.
To carry out and direct total preventative maintenance on plant and equipment as required by TPM plan
Leader of dedicated small projects
Contribute and actively participate in improvement activities involving engineering.
To participate and contribute in other aspects of department concerns, ie health and safety, quality, cost, efficiency, 5Ss, standardised work practices and effective communication.
Site responsibility for plant services and security during periods where Manufacturing Team Leaders are not on site
Cover all facilities for the building
Experience of working in a fast paced/ large manufacturing environment
At least 4 years of experience in Maintenance
Experience with CNC / Presses
Strong electrical knowledge
The ability to priorotise workloads and volumes
Experienced in working in a manufacturing environment
17th edition / 18th edition
PLC fault finding - preferably Siemens
Educated to a minimum of of HNC or HND level
Double Days (6-2 / 2-10)
