I am currently looking for a mechanical & electrical quantity surveyor on a permanent basis for a client who specialise within the commercial and data centre sector.

This client is a market leading M&E sub-contractor who are looking to expand their commercial team due to successful tenders and new projects being won.

The Client:

The client that I am working closely with are a tier one mechanical and electrical sub-contractor who are successful within the London market for delivering M&E projects. Their turnover last year was north of £250M and they are looking to build on this in 2022!

While being are large company this client looks to promote from within and pride themselves on their culture and family feel environment.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

• Mechanical & Electrical experience essential.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Commercial projects experience.
