How would you like to be starting a new M&E Quantity Surveyor position with a market leading sub contract company?

I am currently representing a client who is currently looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to assist their team on a large residential new build project with an estimated value of around the £10M mark.

The opportunity of the M&E Quantity Surveyor position has occurred due to their current work demand and the client would like to keep the project of works on track therefore some outside assistance is needed.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three year's experience working as a M&E QS.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.
