Are you looking to work within the ever growing Mission Critical sector?

This particular client is an established and recognised specialist main contractor and they are currently searching for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist Data Centre team to work on Mission Critical projects out of their Reading office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to progress their career in an exciting sector working for a major player within the Data Centre sector.

The client is currently turning over roughly £50M a year and they are tendering for further projects.

Job Role:

• Monitoring change in our scope of work and price changes.

• Liaising with the client and different departments.

• Review and understand of project contract documentation.

• Preparation and issuing of contract documentation to their supply chain.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Managing and forecasting of project cash flow.

• Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims.

Personal specification:

• Degree qualified or equivalent within the industry.

• 3-5 year's experience quantity surveying in a Quantity Surveying role.

• Data Centre experience (Bonus).

• Mechanical & Electrical experience would be beneficial.

• Strong communication skills.
