I am currently in the market for a Mechanical Construction manager for a m+e subcontractor, for a commercial based project in central London.

The Role

Mechanical Construction Manager,reporting into the project manager on site

You will be working a long side the Project Manager, dealing with main contractors, sub contractors etc.

Main Contractor and Subcontractor meetings

Experience working on commercial projects

The Person

Confident, leader with experience managing large teams

At least 4 years of experience as a construction manager

Has to have experience working for a m and e subcontractor
