Mechanical Contracts Manager/ Project Manager
Croydon
£70,000-£80,000
My client are in the market for their next Mechanical Contracts Manager, to join their team in Croydon. This location needs to be viable, and commutable, for you. We are looking for people who are approximately 45 minutes away from the site.
The Person
Experienced Project Manager in Construction
Ideally a Engineering background, whether that be a HNC or other Engineering Qualifications, rather than taking the pure route
Projects are approximately £5 Million- so looking for people with experience in these type of projects
CSCS card
Must be computer literate- good on MS project this is the way they also plan their projects
Able to hold client meetings
Health and Safety knowledge
Must be able to read specifications and drawings
