Mechanical Project Manager

£400-£450 per day

I am currently in the market for a Senior Mechanical Project manager for a tier 1 m+e subcontractor, in London, turnover 100 million.

The Role

Senior Mechanical Project Manager, value 12 million of the mechanical package

Number one on site, in delivering all mechanical packages

must have experience in large project values, within commercial works

You will be working a long side the Project Director, dealing with main contractors, sub contractors etc.

Main Contractor and Subcontractor meetings

The Person

Ideally you will have experience commercial projects, office blocks etc banks

Experience and open to working with a M+E Subcontractor

Ideally you will be experienced in working with subcontractors, as this is my type of client
