My client are a tier 1 M+E Subcontractor looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to assist them in a commercial build. The project it self is a shell and core build, therefore the right person for the job will have experience working on other shell and core developments.

The Person

Mechanically biased

5 years at least as a mechanical project manager

Shell and core experience

Commercial build experience

Use to managing a team of supervisors etc, able to set goals and targets and make sure they are met

Capable of making decisions holding meetings with main contractors

Able to push back where necessary

working closely with the project planner, commercial team
