My client are a M+E Subcontractor looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver on a residential project.

The Person

The value of the M+E is 7 million, therefore experience managing similar values would be important to prove you are comfortable delivering on such jobs

Understand the high end residential market how it works the challenges etc

Would consider those who have worked on high end hotels too

Mechanical biased

At least a minimum of 5 years in management position, comfortable with managing a team keeping them organised, getting targets in place and delivering on the job.
