Mechanical / Piping Supervisor

Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical / Piping Supervisor to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Pharmaceutical project. This supervisor position is based in Leiden, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with excellent benefits.

Mechanical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

The role of this position include but are not limited to;

  • Develop and implement standard work procedures to constantly improve overall team productivity.

  • Conduct project reports.

  • Ensure the safety of all employees and contractors working in the operating unit, continuously improving towards true safety culture.

  • Work alongside M&E engineers to optimise mechanical systems and provide the highest ability of reliability and efficiency.

  • Provide excellent technical knowledge on all mechanical systems to ensure the best engineering procedures are being followed.

  • Commission duties of mechanical discipline.

  • Prescribe work details, specifications, and procedures relating to repair, maintenance, and modifications of equipment.

A Successful Mechanical Supervisor will be able to:

  • Capable of working alongside other contractors on site.

  • Ability to within and lead a team is essential.

  • Flexibility and willingness to deal with unexpected problems and situations.

  • Experience and ability to provide written reports regarding work jobs and tasks.

  • Strongly motivated by complex and rewarding projects.

  • Possess appropriate mechanical knowledge.

  • Relevant certifications required.
