Core Talent are currently looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Data Centre project. This supervisor position is based in Frankfurt, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with some amazing benefits.

Mechanical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities of a mechanical supervisor include, but are not limited to;

• Ensure all materials delivered to site are coordinated and stored correctly in a safe and secure manner.

• Instruct, direct and supervise the activities on site of sub-contractor's company procedures.

• Complete site logs and data gathering for permits.

• Help with the smooth continuous running of the project.

• Mentor and develop juniors in the group.

• Conduct weekly reports on current progress and any arising issues.

• Supervision of mechanical installations and quality check procedures.

• Prepare upcoming weeks tasks and jobs.

• Meeting labour requirements and maintained to project standard.

• Ensuring work is conducted and maintained to a high quality standard.

A Successful Mechanical Supervisor:

The ideal mechanical supervisor will have the following;

• Relevant certifications required.

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

• Ability to work alongside other contractors on site.

• Someone who is motivated by complex and rewarding projects.

• Previous experience working within data centres.

• Knowledge within a data centre environment.
