Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work in a permanent position, on Data Centre / Pharmaceutical Plants. This supervisor position is based in the Nordic region, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with some amazing benefits.

This general contracting business have a large portfolio with years of projects available, once completed in the Nordics, there will be more locations available for discussion. You will be responsible for tracking and recording daily site activities and progress. Lead teams and deliver quality work remaining on time and within budget.

Mechanical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities of a mechanical supervisor include, but are not limited to;

• Ensure safe workplaces and systems, ensuring everyone on site is adhering to

• Supervise activity and work packages delivery

• Record daily activities

• Liaise with various trade professions and organise work areas to ensure smooth operation

• Liaise with sub-contractors on material orders

• Management of site staff

• Attend site meetings and update management on progress

• Provide technical support

Role Requirements:

The ideal mechanical supervisor must have the following;

• 5years+ experience in a previous or similar role within a pharmaceutical or data centre project

• General knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC systems, etc.

• Read and translate Schematics & Mechanical Drawings

• Strong client focus

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to keep records
