Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Switzerland

Salary: €70000 - €80000

Mechanical Supervisor to work in a permanent position in Switzerland, with a well known company who has construction projects worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities of a mechanical supervisor include, but are not limited to;

• Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors, foremen and chargehands

• Take responsibility for health and safety on site

• Establish and adjust work timelines to adhere to project schedule

• Organise workers, machinery and materials

• Conduct quality control inspections

• Ensuring tasks are completed on time

• Train employees and apprentices

• Maintain detailed and accurate site reports

• Partake and lead meetings to key stakeholders, clients and other relevant parties

Role Requirements:

The ideal mechanical supervisor must have the following;

• Previous experience working on big EU projects of €20M+

• Trade background with experience leading more than 10 trade personnel
