Mechanical Supervisor - International Construction
Shift Pattern: 10/4 Rotation
Salary: €70000 - €80000

Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a new-build Data Centre project. This supervisor position is based in Berlin, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with excellent benefits. This job will be on a working rotation of 10days on, 4days off.

Mechanical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:
Help with the smooth continuous running of the project.
Supervision of mechanical installations and quality check procedures.
Conduct weekly reports on current progress and any arising issues.
Ensure work is conducted and maintained to a high quality standard.
Prepare upcoming weeks tasks and jobs.
Labour requirements must be met and maintained to project standard.
Ability to manage and direct and work alongside sub-contractors.
Ensure all materials delivered to site are coordinated and stored correctly in a safe and secure manner.
A Successful Mechanical Supervisor:
Previous experience working within data centres.
Knowledge within a data centre environment.
Ability to work alongside other contractors on site.
Someone who is motivated by complex and rewarding projects.
Relevant certifications required.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
