Shift Pattern: 10/4 Rotation

Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Data Centre project. This supervisor position is based in Berlin, with a salary range of €70,000 - €80,000, and comes with some amazing benefits. This job will be on a working rotation of 10days on, 4days off.

Mechanical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities of a mechanical supervisor include, but are not limited to;

  • Ability to manage and direct and work alongside sub-contractors.

  • Ensure all materials delivered to site are coordinated and stored correctly in a safe and secure manner.

  • Conducting weekly reports on current progress and any arising issues.

  • Helping with the smooth continuous running of the project.

  • Supervision of mechanical installations and quality check procedures.

  • Prepare upcoming weeks tasks and jobs.

  • Meeting labour requirements and maintained to project standard.

  • Ensuring work is conducted and maintained to a high quality standard.

A Successful Mechanical Supervisor:

The ideal mechanical supervisor will have the following;

  • Relevant certifications required.

  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

  • Ability to work alongside other contractors on site.

  • Someone who is motivated by complex and rewarding projects.

  • Previous experience working within data centres.

  • Knowledge within a data centre environment.
