My client is looking for MEP Design Coordinator that will be working on a Commercial building in the heart of London. My client is looking for an individual that has MEP experience or has started on the tools. The role will be challenging by meeting deadlines for the client. The role will be working alongside Engineers and Design Managers to ensure that the project is completed on time and in budget. You will be checking for any clashes or ensuring that the function of the design is a smooth and precise as possible.

The project will be challenging and fast-paced which will bring demand to the individual, this will be a good project for individuals who work well under pressure and is looking for a new contract.

Day to Day Duties:

• Liaise with other team members in a multi-disciplinary environment to achieve holistic building solutions to the customer brief

• Ensuring that clash detection has been noticed

• Checking designs through Revit MEP system

• Onsite & Offsite reviews

• Checking & reviewing designs from team members

• Checking each stage of the process to ensure that designs are collaborated correctly.

• Budget cost before delivered to Design Manager

Essentials for the role:

• Proficiency in Revit MEP/ other 3D Systems

• Started on the tools or Degree educated/ HNC

• Experience in both single and two tenders

• Extensive knowledge in MEP Design and experience in M&E background.

• Experience in High Rise Residential

• Coordination experience dealing with engineers and managers.
