Job Role: MEP Principal Planner

Type: Contract

Location: Central London

Rate: £470 outside IR35

My client is an M&E Contractor with an annual turnover of around £300m and they are looking to hire a planner with vast MEP experience. The project in question has a value of around £100m, it is a mixed commercial/high end residential project.

Responsibilities:

• Update and progress the Contract Programme using P6

• Input and update client milestones within the programme

• Sit with site team and system leads to progress programme

• Produce lookaheads

• Attend executive meetings with planning manager and operations director

Skills & experience:

• Worked on similar projects

• Knowledge of NEC contracts

• Come from a construction background

• Degree preferable

• Proficient in P6

• Team leader/team player
