Job Title: Planner

Location: Amsterdam

Package: €100,000 - €120,000 + solo accommodation, flights, living allowance, bonus, pension

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced planner to join our team as we work on a large-scale data centre project in Amsterdam. As a planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software such as Microsoft Project
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all project activities
  • Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues that may impact the project timeline
  • Work with the project team to develop and implement strategies for mitigating project risks
  • Prepare regular reports for the project team and clients on project progress, milestones, and budget status
  • Analyze project data and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction planning, preferably with experience on data centre projects
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, codes, and standards
