Position Overview: As a Data Centre Project Planner, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the efficient planning and execution of our cutting-edge data centre project in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, a deep understanding of Primavera P6, and ideally, experience in data centre construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project data, providing accurate and timely progress reports.
  • Identify potential project risks and delays, offering effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to optimize project schedules and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner, with a focus on large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centre construction.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Right to work in Italy.
