Project Coordinator / Design Change Request Coordinator
5 Month Contract
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator / Design Change Request Coordinator to join a manufacturing business based in the Greater Manchester area.
The purpose of the role is to receive product design changes from the Design Engineering Team and to manage those changes through a change management process, updating the bill of materials / part changes, completing all required documentation and ensuring that all data is accurately recorded on the companies SAP system.
In addition to this you will support the business with the communication of any changes to the change management process and support other functions to facilitate product changes in manufacturing.
The assignment would suit someone with the following skill sets:
Working knowledge of SAP
Experience managing parts / creating bill of materials
Experience putting together technical documentation
Prior experience of some form of change management / change request type process
Comfortable reading an engineering drawing
