I am currently looking to speak to Project M&E Quantity Surveyors who are open to new opportunities. The client who I am currently representing is looking to bring in a Project M&E Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis who can run their own project and advance their career through the business as it grows.

The client itself has exciting growth plans which are expanding through the UK and they are currently looking to oversee a new office move into the centre of London.

The client is a Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor who are well known for their success in delivering commercial projects in London. They are well known for delivering:

• Commercial

• Health Care

• Education

• Mixed Use

They have rapidly grown throughout the pandemic and are currently looking too move offices into London. They have just over 200 employees and have exciting plans to expand the business into new locations.

With the expansion through the business, it is an excellent opportunity for the right Project M&E Quantity Surveyor to come in and hit the ground running, expand your own career as the business grows.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Experience working on Fit-Out projects.

• Experience working on projects valuing around the £10M mark.

• NEC & JCT Contracts.
