How would you like to be working for a main client based in London?

I am currently looking to speak to Project M&E Quantity Surveyors who are open to new opportunities working for a main client in central London. The client is well known for their successful delivery of large scale MEP commercial projects.

The successful applicant will be working for a worldwide main client & they will be working initially on a £55M project before moving onto another £120M mechanical and electrical fit out project.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three year's experience working as a Project M&E QS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Experience working on Fit-Out projects

• JCT Traditional & Bespoke Contracts
