Are you looking for a new Project M&E QS position?

I am currently looking to speak with M&E Project Surveyors who are currently available or open to new opportunities working for large M&E sub contractors in London.

The client that I am currently representing is looking for a Project M&E QS to come in and join their commercial team working on a project which is at pre construction stage, giving the successful applicant the opportunity to manage the project from start to finish before then taking on another new project which has already been won.

The client:

The client is a large M&E sub contractor who have become a market leader due to their success within the M&E commercial sector. This client was able to turnover around £140M during the pandemic and have managed to secure a full order book going into 2022. They offer excellent rates of pay and company benefits to their employees.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three year's experience working as a Project M&E QS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Experience working on Fit-Out projects

• JCT Traditional & Bespoke Contracts

• Pre-construction experience

• Experience working on projects valuing around the £10M mark.
