Education Construction Sector

My client are busy in the North West area, and looking for a Project Manager to add to their team. With them being within the Education sector in Construction, it is really important that you have been exposed to this sector.

The Person

- Experience in Construction within teaching facilities, such as colleges and schools

- Managing each project on time and to a budget

- Client meeting making sure the client is happy and dealing head on with any potential issues

- They use Microsoft projects, so this project manager will be responsible for dealing with the different planning stages

-Working closely with the other Project Manager

- A big element of this job will be within procurement, there is a data base provided on this side of things, but you will be resnsible for procuring items for different projects

- Ideally you will have 5 years of experience within the education sector

- Split 50/50, 2-3 days on site, and the rest WFH

- You will have 2 projects under your belt, worth approximately £10-£15 million
