Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Data Centre project. This position is based in Berlin, with a salary of €130,000 and comes with some amazing benefits.

Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities of a project manager include, but are not limited to;

• Track PAS and report at weekly client update meetings

• Approve contractor invoices for payments

• Authorise the issuance of contracts, purchase orders and change orders

• Liaise with clients on KPI development and implementation

• Administer quality control provisions

• Represent the company in business with customers, consultants, contractors and other public/private organisations

• Research and prepare various reports pertaining to contractual issues

• Ensure project profitability

• Ensure client requirements are being met

Essential Criteria:

• Trade background / 3rd Level Qualification

• Must have Project Management experience

• Proven track record of coordinating and management of large projects

Desirable Criteria:

• Diploma / Degree Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines

• Ability to drive large scale projects

• Excellent communicational skills
