Project Planner - Mechanical & Electrical Contractor - Data Centre

£400 to £450 a day - London

My client is an industry leading M&E contractor who have found their feet within the Data Centre sector, with numerous sites across the South East of England. I am working with them to find a Project Planner to work on one of their sites in the City.

THE ROLE

You will be primarily based in their City-based head office, but you will be required to make regular visits to site. You will work alongside the PM and Planning Manager to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget. With a project value of £75m and around 18+ months left of work, this is the perfect opportunity for a Project Planner to get some more solid experience in a sector that is rapidly growing.

THE PERSON

• 5+ years of experience as an M&E Project Planner

• Proficient user of P6

• Industry related degree

• Data Centre experience preferred

• Great knowledge of NEC 3 & 4 contracts

• Team Player

• Building Services background required
