The Role

As a Project Planner your role will entitle being responsible for a project or portfolio (regional/ sectoral) where all aspects of planning will be considered including reporting to Planning Department, Business Unit/ Project Management.

You will also be developing and maintaining progress databases by reporting and monitoring schedule performance and productivity by auditing progress on site.

The role consists of liaising with client and subcontractors by attention scheduled meetings and preparing scheduled meetings, histograms and leading planning meetings.

Not only will you be supporting weekly workface planning systems but will also resource the cash loading schedules.

Responsibilities also include quality and accuracy of schedules and reports, communication with relevant parties to highlight or advise solutions, recording or delays and disruptions

The Person

Will be required to having 5+ years of experience in a similar roles including excellent organisational skills. The ability to work as part of a team and prove excellent communication skills as well as have required IT Skills - High Competency in P6 & MS Excel
