I'm looking for a Project Planner with expertise in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, eager to contribute to cutting-edge data centre projects? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Project Planner for M&E services on a significant data centre project in France, operating under the umbrella of our subcontracting team. Join us and play a key role in delivering excellence in data centre construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Scheduling: Leverage your proficiency in Primavera P6 to develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules for M&E services on data centre projects.

  2. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of M&E activities within the overall project plan.

  3. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and materials, to optimise project time lines and meet critical milestones.

  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks related to M&E systems, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, adhering to industry standards and client specifications.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Project Planner within the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) subcontracting field, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

  2. Primavera P6 Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilising Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.

  3. Right to Work: Candidates must have the legal right to work in France.

  4. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project plans and execution.
