Responsibilities:

  • Perform cost estimation and control activities for the Data Centre project.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cost data.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost implications.
  • Manage contracts, variations, and claims to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to optimize cost-effectiveness and value engineering.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills would be advantageous.
