Full 360 role. To deliver on the requirements of key client accounts across the Estimating desk within the UK Construction division, focusing on our clients permanent requirements. Opportunity to work on a warm desk, as well as scope to develop the desk with new business.

  • Bring in revenue through permanent placements

  • Full 360 role, from client job briefings to sourcing the candidates for the position

  • To build, maintain and develop relationships with candidates and understand their motivations and expectations, as well as to provide them with regular updates on opportunities.

  • To source both active and passive candidates with relevant skill sets by using a variety of candidate generation techniques, including posting adverts, headhunting and networking on social media.

  • To provide potential clients with exciting overviews of active candidates that they could be interested in having join their business (Spec).

  • Follow up leads generated from candidates, providing hiring companies with alternative high calibre options.

  • To maintain candidate records and ensure all information on the database is kept up-to-date.

  • Deliver a value added service to clients at all levels providing them with the highest standards of recruitment service.

  • Develop and maintain market understanding via independent research, candidate intelligence and support from experienced recruitment consultants.

  • To expand talent pools in selected markets and create "hotlists" of high quality candidates.

  • To screen new and existing candidates for live roles available and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates for roles within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Deliver a value added service to clients at all levels providing them with the highest standards of recruitment service.

  • Take pride and responsibility in developing and maintaining a positive culture within the team and wider business.

  • Contribute ideas that will have a positive impact not only within the team but the business as a whole across areas including (but not limited to) training, people development, team incentives and staff well-being.
