European Regional Account Manager
Chemical and Fuel Pumps
£30,000 + commission + bonus + car allowance

I am currently working with an international manufacturer and supplier of high value pumps for chemical and fuel transfer. They are looking to further develop their sales and distribution network across Europe and this would be a great opportunity for aspiring sales professional to build upon an already established market.

This position is a home based sales role that will involve extensive travel throughout Europe. You must have your own office facility to be considered.

The role of Regional Account Manager would include:

  • Understanding the pump products and what the best technical fit would be for a client's needs

  • Developing clients and accounts that have a need for fuel or chemical transfer

  • Ongoing development and ensuring success with new and existing clients

  • Assisting in the submission of bids, tenders and pre-qualification documents

  • Creating sales strategy that is aligned to the wider business growth

  • Working closely with distributors and local agents across Europe, helping them to better understand the organisations processes for smoother sales

  • Liaising with clients to identify opportunities for technical support to their business and be fully conversant with the design capabilities, technical innovations, operational processes and procedures and where these add value

  • Developing new business leads and network within the sector to develop business relationships

  • Attending trade shows across Europe when required

To be considered for the Regional Account Manager position you must:

  • Have proven track record in Sales and developing key account

  • 3+ years sales experience

  • Hold at least a degree level qualification

  • Hold a valid Passport and be willing to undertake extensive travel throughout Europe

  • Have an eye for detail

  • Strong communication skills - a second language would be highly desirable

  • Hold a full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

  • Commission scheme based upon territory turnover

  • Bonus structure on individual performance

  • Generous Monthly Car Allowance and fuel card
