Regional Sales Manager

I am currently working with a global brand who specialise in supplying to Energy, Infrastructure and Mining companies. They are looking for someone to join their sales team to specialise in Valves and Flow Control.

This role will cover a patch across the UK and Scandinavia, working with clients who require the manufacture and design of critical valves, pumps and turbines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of existing and potential Markets and Clients in the assigned geographical /market area

  • Obtain and maintain in strict cooperation with Marketing, registrations and qualifications with Clients based or operating in the Area

  • Develop and maintain close and good relationship with Key Accounts operations located in the area

  • Promote in cooperation with the Aftermarket Team the sales of spare parts and services in the assigned Area

  • Work closely with project sales teams in order to put together proposals that will meet the client's needs

  • Spending 50% of your time visiting major clients

To be considered you will:

  • Degree or HND/HNC qualified in engineering

  • Have 3+ years experience within technical sales

  • Strong maths skills

  • Valid Passport

  • Willingness to travel overseas

  • Knowledge of the sector and product from previous experience
