THE ROLE:

As a Reliability Engineer,

This role is critical for the Implementation and ongoing Development of Reliability Centred Maintenance across the site. With the support of the wider engineering team, this role will drive the engineering improvement dynamics towards world class, providing the highest valued reliability engineering services in a safe and productive manner. YProjects will be focused on minimising production losses and maintenance costs, whilst promoting and demonstrating the company's core values. You will be responsible for the Delivery of Improved Asset Availability;

• Support engineering team in creation of the Asset Care roadmap
• Support in creation and Development of RCM Roadmap, in collaboration with Maintenance Manager and AML's
• Drive all aspects of Roadmap in relation to Asset Care Strategy
• Lead and direct ongoing Asset Specific working groups (Asset Criticality, FMECA, REM, DOM, RCA)
• Support day to day plant performance issues

THE PERSON:

The ideal Reliability Engineer will be career driven and looking to develop themselves professionally. Key criteria for the role will be as follows;

• HNC or above in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering discipline
• Background working within manufacturing based environments would be ideal
• Exposure to working on/ development of Asset care programmes
• Strong team player, with a positive can-do attitude
