Are you looking for a new exciting contract role?

My client is looking for a MEP Revit Coordinator who has experience in Hospitals. The work will be based in East End London. The work will be solely onsite working alongside Design Managers and Engineers. As well as this you will be working within a team of 12 multi-skilled Design Engineers who will be assisting in completing the work.

As an individual you will also be confident enough to work individually with experience of interaction with clients. You will be delivering client deadlines and liaising with members of the team to ensure that deadlines are met, budget is fixed and that high consistency of standards are met.

As a coordinator you will be working with alongside Senior Revit Coordinator, Design Managers to ensure that sections of the project are completed, this will be as well visits onsite to check complete and standards of work.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Produce drawings using Autodesk Revit

• Ensure work is completed accurately

• Ensure all MEP drawing work is fully coordinated, avoiding any clashes, and accurately integrated within the architectural design

• Maintain production of Revit drawings to programmed time scales

• Ensure accurate referencing of drawings including updating revision status and ensure all drawing issues are accompanied with a drawing issue register

• Liaise with other designers and consultants whose Revit coordination and collaboration is required

Experience / Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Revit

• Calculations, Budgeting,

• Commercial Awareness from previous employers

• AutoCAD 2D/ 3D

• Naviswork experience (Desirable)

• MEP Background experience is Essential

• Excellent time management skills

• Written & Verbal Skills is essential.

• Excellent IT skills through Microsoft Office Suite

• Essential: Minimum 2 years in the UK Market
