Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Reporting into the CAD manager

Ensure quality of delivery when producing and updating Revit drawings to standards

Interact and liaise with internal staff, sub-contractors, and clients

Undertake the testing and calibration of instruments used

Develop designs using required CAD systems into quality technical drawings

Maintain drawing records and ensure accurate document control

Ensuring designs meet client specification and expectation

Be innovative and introduce improvements where appropriate to areas of responsibility

MEP Design Technician Requirements:

5-6 years' experience in RevitMEP

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Experience in co-ordination of building services (M + E + PH)

Ability to create families and templates

Working knowledge of Dynamo and scripting tools
